We are a gravity aluminum foundry founded in 2005 in Abadiño, (Basque Country), by a team experienced in the pipe insulation casting sector.

Fundiciones Ur Artea/Ur Artea Foundries has the following resources at its facilities:
- Foundry dimension: 1000 m2
- Warehouse dimensions: 1500 m2
- Office dimensions: 200 m
The machinery we have at our plant is as follows:
- 6 Morgan Dugopa Type B 0 electric ovens
- 11 horizontal molding machines for 800 x 500 cm molds
- 5 tilting molding machines for 1000 x 1500 cm molds
- 1 Alju suspended-loading shot blasting machine
- 2 Medur 4-12 cutting saws
- 4 Letag deburring stations
- 1 Coniex 3014 dry ice mold cleaning machine
- 1 Riland Tig 200 AC/DC 5.4 KVA welder
WEIGHT RANGES:
- From 100 grams to 50 kg in pipe insulation
- From 50 kg to 1,000 kg in sand
SERIES OF PIECES:
- From 200 to 5,000 pieces

It’s a comprehensive process, working closely with the client, from identifying the need to delivering the finished product, encompassing various engineering processes, incoming quality control, production, production process control, and final inspections of the completed product.
At Fundiciones Ur Artea/Ur Artea Foundries, we are particularly concerned about environmental conservation as well as the health and safety of our staff. For this reason, we have implemented a series of protocols that ensure satisfaction in both of these areas.
